Cinematographer

Cinematographer- Fred Murphy
The cinematographer for Secret Window is Fred Murphy. Murphy is a well respected cinematographer in Hollywood, especially in the 80's and 90's. Murphy started out as a lighting cameraman in the late 70's. Murphy has worked on over 50 movies such as Secret Window, Auto Focus, and Mothman Prophecies. Most recently he has shot RV, Anamorph, and Drillbit Taylor. Murphy uses unique camera placement and shifts in lights to capture the look that he wants. Many people have quoted him to be a "poet that captures movements".
